For our client, a prestigious international company, based near Lausanne, we are looking for an IT BUSINESS ANALYST VEEVA (CRM & Vault)

ROLE

This role will be responsible for requirements analysis, configuration, testing, problem / incident analysis and resolution. The position will require business engagement with Commercial and Medical stakeholders to manage requests with the ability to guide stakeholders to a uniform solution and/or process. Key Responsibilities:

Application support and maintenance

• Application Lifecycle: Accountable for system lifecycle ( e.g. managing new releases), acts as a Technical Application Owner for all applications in the CRM and Vault domain or other related ones as needed

• Identifies pro-actively business issues and proposes solutions by leading the implementation of corrective actions in collaboration with business partner
• Tests: Performs testing to ensure functional requirements coverage
• Documentation: Updates and leverages documentation on functional changes based on requirements. Ensures that solution documentation remains consistent and up to date
• Requests for change: Work with system admins to plan and coordinate the implementations of requests for changes
• Training: Coordinates and provides training to key-users and/or end-users to improve business knowledge of application solutions
• Follow IT guidelines: Coordinates and provides support through IT servicing tools by
  • following guidelines and ensure consistency with ITIL recommendations
  • assessing criticality and business impact
  • identifying workarounds
• Ticketing system: Analyzes reporting requests, proposes appropriate solutions to business users, report on number of tickets
• Third party integration: Oversees correct integration with data feed (CRM) and other applications
• User management: Ensures the application security by requesting and testing business roles, and streamline number of profiles and roles

Project Management

• Support business in authoring requirements for projects, aligning with Business Sponsor on the quality / cost / timelines of the project(s)
• Liaise with internal and external business partners (e.g. vendors) to ensure access to the expertise needed to best support the project

• Be responsible for all project processes and documentation
• Works across departments and coordinates appropriate experts to identify far reaching implications of incidents by assessing solution and anticipating potential regressions

PROFILE

• Preferably a Master degree in a Technology related field or Bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant experience
• 5 years of experience in CRM (ideally Veeva, Salesforce) and Veeva Vault with planning and managing IT systems
• ITIL certification is an asset
• Project Management skills to lead process change initiatives
• Strong knowledge in managing third party vendors
• Good analytical and communication skills, ability to understand business problems and requirements and present solutions
• Independent, and hands-on working style, team player, self-motivated, proactive and change oriented
• Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple countries
• Fluent in written and spoken English; French is a plus
