Job description

You are the linchpin in analytics questions. As an experienced data architect, you are driving the improvements of our analytics landscape in our on-premise and cloud architecture. Consequently, you are setting the basis to generate actionable insights to the different business Teams.

• Design and implement database models and solutions to store and retrieve company data
• Examine and identify database structural needs by evaluating client operations, applications and programming
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to identify, analyze and evaluate analytics needs to deliver the foundation for data driven decision making
• Define and improve analytics landscape for on premise and cloud generated data's
• Support our Business to setup data driven processes with the target to optimize customer touch points
• Participate in project in order to improve customer data driven life cycle
• Being responsible for a harmonized reporting structure.
• Monitor and perform regular System tests, troubleshoot and integrate new features
• Key user trainings and support on BI tools

Professional requirements

• University degree or comparable degree in computer or data science
• Experience in DWH, data analytics and complex queries of data from relational databases and Big Data infrastructures
• Experience in Data modeling for BI/- CRM/- E-Com/- PIM Systems such as Salesforce/Magento /Power BI etc.
• Experience in visualizing data with MS Power BI /SAP BI / GCP Big Query/etc.
• Basic knowledge in programming in SQL, Python and Machine learning
• Good knowledge of applied statistics

Languages

• Native French or German
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English, other languages are an asset
