HR Workday Reporting Specialist

HR Reporting - HR Analytics - Workday HCM - Workday Prism - Data Workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end-to-end reporting, analytics and insight to help decision-making processes and employee experience
• Build reports and dashboards for self-service
• Optimize data workflows and source external data into Workday HCM
• Lead smaller and bigger projects to enhance processes and analytics capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders in HR, finance and business transformation
• Provide insight on a wide range of people-related topics

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Workday HCM, including reporting, dashboard and security functionalities
• Experience in data transformation with Workday Prism
• Very good data analytics skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep or Dataiku
• Fluent in German
