Let's build a neat groceries app, analyse our user groups, their needs, create and evaluate complex interaction concepts! You will work in an interdisciplinary User Experience team (design, research & writing), product managers, data analysts and front-end developers.

What impact do you have?
  • Solve real user problems. Focus on user experience, scalability and insight-driven decisions.
  • Identify user problems and bring them back to your journey team (developers, data analysts and PMs) to be discussed and prioritised.
  • Discuss & propose solutions based on customers needs and take decisions based on research and insights, not on opinions. To do so, you collaborate closely with our developers, data analysts and PMs.
  • Focus on the problem and the big picture while creating low-fi concepts & prototypes. And deliver in the final stage pixel perfect UI.
  • You further expand our design system with the help of the other designers and front-end engineers.
  • You are assertive, know how to communicate for your cause, are not afraid of being challenged or challenge others.
  • Be an integral part of User Research, conduct your own usability tests to optimise the customer experience.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and want to make an impact at Switzerland's leading online supermarket.

What do you offer?
  • Education: Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
  • Experience: At least of 5 years of experience in application of user experience design methods and the conception of complex, digital solutions and applications
  • Confident in using human-centered design methodologies to elevate the customer focus of your journey team.
  • Typography, color, form and motion, the use of design patterns, best practices and guidelines for Web, Android & iOS are second nature to you.
  • You can emphasize with our engineers way of thinking and have basic technical knowledge to roughly assess the possibilities and limitations of common web and app technologies.
  • A positive mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to handle ambiguity and complexity. The fundamental belief that we are better together.
  • You are experienced in building and using flexible, component/token based design systems.
  • English (C1)
  • Swiss German (B2)
  • French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
