Your daily contribution:

• Responsibility for virtual (VMWare) and physical servers, Storage SAN, Backup-System and Archive, Proxy/Reverse-Proxy, VMWare VDI, MS Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, SQL Databases
• Architecture and Engineering projects for the mentioned backend systems
• Co-Operation in Hybrid cloud environment with Microsoft Azure, ADFS & Azure AD Connect, SSO, Exchange Online (operating & engineering)
• Manage and Implement authentication for existing and new applications
• Monitor and maintain applications and interfaces in responsibility area to ensure reliable operation
• Managing and solving 2nd level Incidents in backend infrastructure area
• Deep error troubleshooting in complex worldwide backend systems
• Release Updates/Installations on the backend systems
• Understand business requirements and execute with change request in our ticketing tool

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in IT (Bsc or FH), TS or adequate certification level  

• Microsoft certified (Microsoft certification in backend area like MCSE/MCSA)
• Practical experience in the mentioned systems (senior engineer level)
• Experience in scripting and programming (PowerShell, Batch)
• Experience with change process and change documentation
• Fluent in English and good knowledge in German
