In order to complete our our Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Department, we are currently looking for a Solution Architect- Nespresso Omni-Channel. In this position, you will be accountable for supporting proactively and holistically Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities within the Product Groups and Platforms that fit within the overall EA and meet the product group strategy. As a Solutions Architect, you will provide the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of a product or a set of products within a product group. You will work closely with DevOps / development teams and suppliers to secure that the value planned will be delivered in the most optimal way and you will be accountable for supervising the design as well as the integration execution within the scope, owning the solution architecture specification.
Manage and develop the architecture for a set of products / platforms
Deliver the architectural design for products and inputs to the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience in order to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution
Act as gate keeper regarding Key Architectural Principles
Lead the implementation and integration of technical architecture across a product group based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements
Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of the solution architecture
Define and document the guidelines, standards and solution architecture to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision
Design and direct the governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and compliance
Engage with Tech Leads, BAs, Product Managers and EA within (and across) the product groups to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture
Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations
Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
Excellent understanding of application development methodologies & infrastructure and network architecture
Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements
Master API-centric eco-systems
Good knowledge of Java, PhP, iOS, Android, SAP Hybris, Nessoft, PL/SQL is a plus
Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives
Experiences working in a global environment and with virtual teams
Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization
