Team Lead Testing (100%)

In this exciting position, you will lead a testing team of experienced (technical) Test Managers/Engineers. You will be in charge end to end for test activities, while you work closely with your team to deliver an excellent testing in their assigned projects. You connect with business and IT stakeholders on all seniority levels as well as with your peers to work out how to improve the testing even further, agree on KPIs and align on project performance. You will be part of an open-minded, multi-cultural, service-oriented and dynamic Testing Unit, enabling business strategy, increasing efficiency, and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Your tasks
  • Lead a team of experienced (technical) Test Managers/Engineers
  • Build, maintain and coach a high performance team ensuring high-quality delivery and an excellent service
  • Further develop Test (Automation) Strategies, supervise its implementation and further improve the architecture/tooling (Atlassian Stack, etc.)
  • Supervise all relevant activities end to end, take over accountability where needed and be responsible for capacity, timeline and budget planning
  • Ensure exemplary stakeholder management and collaboration with the other teams
  • Ensure that the guidelines and best practices are applied to all projects

Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a similar field and ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent, Expert Level preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Test Management, Software Testing or Test Automation and 5 years' experience in leadership and management, preferably in the banking/financial industry. Experience in technical testing desired
  • Experience with managing (off-shore) service providers
  • Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders on all seniority levels incl. senior management
  • Excellent leadership capabilities and analytical, problem solving competences
  • Presentation, facilitation, coaching and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
