At the Headquarters in Winterthur, we are seeking a



Dynamics 365 - SCM In-house


  • Support business units migrating to MS Dynamics 365 Operations
  • Communication and coordination with different functional areas and stakeholders
  • Analysis of business requirements and optimization of business processes
  • 2 nd Level Support of key-users and end-users in pre- and post-go live organizations
  • Creation of training materials and conduct trainings


  • University degree in the field of computer science / business administration (or equivalent in experience)
  • At least 5 years in role as SCM consultant (in-house or consulting company), or similar experience in production planning, logistic and warehouse management
  • Experience in MS Dynamics 365 for Operations or MS AX is highly desired, but not a must
  • Technical affinity for ERP software and willingness to learn customization of MS

Dynamics 365 FO

  • Very good problem-solving capabilities and highly detail oriented
  • Excellent communicator and pro-active stakeholder manager
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and global environment (cultural awareness)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and French. English desirable and any further language is a plus
  • Open for international travel (up to 60%)


  • Unique chance to build up and drive the central support organization for SCM as well as to further enhance/improve the SCM processes after go-live
  • Close collaboration with Global Process Owner SCM and key stakeholders
