IC Mixed Signal Test Development

As part of our Test Development Engineering Team within the IC Design organization you contribute to the validation, qualification and characterization of complex mixed-signal products. In this position you actively translate product and system requirements into test methodology to meet the highest quality requirements. You develop and implement test programs for silicon debug, characterization and production testing. Design and support test hardware development for probe cards and load boards and optimize the ATE resources for the highest parallelism. Conduct characterization activities, defining parameters, matrix lots, flow and generating reports. Perform correlation between ATE results and bench test results. Analyze failure and determine root cause, driving test program improvements. Define production test programs for wafer sort and final test. Perform test time reduction and yield improvement.

  • Test program definition and development
  • Generate technical documentation such as statistical reports, evaluation reports, characterization reports, best practice
  • Support correlation with lab measurements
  • Analyze failures during debug, production or RMAs
  • Support the production test program releases to manufacturing
  • Participate in cross functional teams

Requirements

  • Master Degree in Electronic Engineering preferred
  • Relevant experience as mixed-signal product/test engineer
  • Experience in ATE program development
  • Familiar with digital architecture (Jtag, I2C, Scan, MPHY, TAP, USB, Memory interfaces)
  • RF testing experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability and willingness to work occasionally at our subcontractors site
  • Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship
