• Active Directory administration
• Provide direct support for all client applications and hardware including:
o Windows 10 / Windows 7 / Mac OS
o Office 2016
o TCP/IP (DNS, DHCP etc), VPN
o Miscellaneous third party tools
o In-house built Excel addins and applications
o HP workstations, laptops and printers
• New user setup, hardware installation, permissions, application testing, moves
• Setup, installation and documentation of support procedures
• Proactive monitoring of the environment and PCs using various tools
• Provide White Glove support to VIPs
• Ensure that all user service requests are logged, processed, and monitored according to company procedures
TECHINICAL/BUSINESS SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• VMWare VSphere Suite Administration
• Active directory administration including GPO
• Exchange 2016 user administration
• Used to working to best practice methodologies such as ITIL
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Market data applications; Bloomberg, Eikon
• Good understanding of control and delivery principles – Projects, Change Management
• PowerShell scripting
• Understanding of build and client distribution architectures (SCCM)
• VMWare Horizon
