Rethinking consulting through applied AI

Currently Corealis is implementing a structured AI platform to enhance how consulting work is delivered.We believe the future of consulting lies in controlled intelligence, scalable knowledge systems, and thoughtful automation. We are leveraging modern AI technologies to build a robust internal capability with long-term impact.This role is for someone who wants to implement a real AI platform in a consulting environment and translate technical capabilities into practical impact. 

Your Mission

Support the implementation of the Corealis AI platform:

• AI assistant integrated into existing business IT applications
• On-prem LLM infrastructure•Secure integration layer connecting internal systems
• Structured knowledge retrieval across company data
• Controlled, auditable agent workflows
• Foundation for future AI-enabled consulting solutions

The initial concept and direction are defined by us. However, you will actively contribute to further developing and shaping the Corealis AI concept from both a technical and architectural perspective.You will work closely with the consulting team to implement practical, real-world use cases and continuously improve how projects are delivered. 

What You Bring

• Ongoing studies at a Swiss university (Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligenceor comparable curriculum)
• Strong Python skills and solid understanding of APIs and authentication flows•Experience with modern AI/LLM tooling
• Basic DevOps and container knowledge
• Structured, system-oriented thinking
• Motivation to translate technical ideas into practical solutions
• Language skills: German (fluent) and English (fluent)
• You are based in Switzerland (ideally Greater Zurich Area)
