What are we looking for?
Are you ready to take charge in a dynamic and international environment? Join us as a key member of the Critical Demand Program Management Team within Digital, Sales Systems & Omnichannel. In this role, you'll shape the future of software and system rollouts, driving the transformation of front-end solutions and new direct sales strategies like Omnichannel.
  • Lead the delivery of software/system rollouts within an ambitious IT modernisation program.
  • Take charge of budget and schedule management, ensuring seamless integration of new functionalities into existing systems.
  • Be the orchestrator who aligns internal teams and external partners to execute projects with precision.
  • Foster collaboration across organisational units, creating synergy and unity among all stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with experts in scope, strategy, user experience, IT, and country-specific needs to deliver excellence.
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who embodies expertise, leadership, and a passion for agile delivery:
  • Extensive Project Management Experience in software/system rollouts within agile frameworks.
  • Background knowledge of Web applications in SAP CDC or SAP BTP environments is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on responsibility in budget, scheduling, scope, and partner management for complex systems.
  • Certifications like Prince2 or PMI to showcase your project management credentials.
  • Agile expertise (Scrum Master or Product Owner certification preferred).
  • A team player who is accountable, authentic, and a natural communicator, capable of distilling complex details into actionable insights.
