Business Data Analyst (M/W)

• Develop and deliver data reports and visualizations to support business decision-making
• Analyze collected data and generate actionable insights to the management
• Identify data trends and insights to recommend operational improvements
• Collaborate with the BI Manager to understand business needs, KPIs, and processes, translating them into data-driven solutions
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical methods, providing automated and user-friendly reports
• Design and implement data management frameworks, including data architecture, data modeling and data integration processes, under the supervision of the Data Manager, to optimize the efficiency and quality of statistics
• Conduct knowledge transfer on reports and dashboards through documentation and training sessions
• Stay updated with the latest developments in data science and business analytics

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science or equivalent or 3 years of proven experience in business and/or data analytics, reporting and visualization
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Excel, ...)
• Experience with SAP and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL are an asset
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Working level fluency in French and English are a must
• Experience in a manufacturing or technology-driven industrial environment is a plus
