Oversee and coordinate multiple IT-infrastructure projects (ServiceNow, Microsoft systems, Security, Networking) ensuring smooth implementation across various locations. Manage project timelines, resources, vendor relationships, risk mitigation, and report progress to management.

Project Coordination & Execution
* Align local and global IT-infrastructure projects within company guidelines.
* Enforce processes for secure roll-out from 'Preparation' to 'Go-live.'
* Handle escalations promptly and lead project meetings with minutes documentation.

Risk Management & Reporting
* Identify and manage risks to maintain project stability.
* Provide detailed reports to senior management and Steering Committees.
* Manage project budget and expenditures.

Collaboration & Leadership
* Facilitate collaboration between sites and SMEs.
* Foster an inclusive environment across diverse teams.

* Education: University degree or equivalent experience and certification.
* Experience: 5+ years managing international IT-infrastructure projects, GxP environments understanding, and IT systems knowledge.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing industries and familiarity with GxP regulations is a plus.
* Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
* Travel: Willingness to travel to sites in Europe and the USA as needed.
