Working Student Cyber Defence (50%)
Participate in the power supply in Switzerland
In this exciting role, you'll be a member of the Cyber Defense Center, applying your skills and actively contributing ideas for its further development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Cyber Defense Center in operational activities
- Independently carrying out small projects to enhance the Cyber Defense Center
- Staying up to date on the international threat landscape, especially in the energy sector
This is how you make a difference
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a diverse environment and values strong team spirit. You should also bring:
- Ongoing studies in Information Security or Computer Science with a focus on Information Security
- Initial experience in analysing and triaging security incidents, or participation in CTFs (Capture the Flag competitions)
- A passion for tackling challenges and serious problems — with a good sense of humour
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus

The Cyber Security team at Swissgrid monitors the infrastructure of the Swiss electricity grid operator and responds to security incidents.
