Senior Salesforce CRM Administrator
AliveDx is recruiting for a Senior Salesforce CRM Administrator to join the IT team based in Eysins, Switzerland. The role is a full-time permanent position working.
YOUR MISSION
The Senior Salesforce CRM Administrator primary responsibility is to ensure the solution integrity, the alignment to the business requirements and the successful execution of projects and support activities on Commercial and Technical Service (CRM & Marketing systems). The type of activities the jobholder will be working on are digital solution design, build and deployment, testing/validation, and system support/maintenance. Furthermore, the job holder will have to coordinate activities between business owners, key users, partners, IT and validation groups.
As part of this team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Participate actively in Commercial Systems projects providing solution, processes and application expertise from requirements/design through to implementation,
- Be an enabler for business process improvement through developing strong business partnerships and defining Information Systems solutions to business problems,
- Lead business process evaluation / improvement activities, requirements gathering, system analysis, system design with the objective of attaining value adding, cost effective solutions,
- System ownership/administration of our CRM system,
- Coordinate and execute unit, functional, integration and solution acceptance testing,
- Act as a liaison between suppliers, internal project team, internal management, and customer project teams and management,
- Manage and lead delivery of technical components and coordinate and communicate status, issues and delivery plan,
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, with hands-on experience in Salesforce.com,
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) setup, configuration, and deployment,
- Strong background in project management, testing, training, and software,
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision,
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills,
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
