ERP Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Own ERP processes and master-data governance: define policies, ensure compliance with FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, and internal standards.
  • Act as ERP expert: configure workflows, resolve issues, implement improvements, and audit data accuracy.
  • Manage master-data lifecycle across ERP/CRM (suppliers, customers, materials): creation, updates, validation, and system transfers.
  • Optimize cross-functional workflows (manufacturing, finance, logistics, sales) for efficiency and traceability.
  • Lead data-driven projects (migrations, integrations, automation) ensuring regulatory and business requirements.
  • Ensure accurate data flow between functions and systems; collaborate with sourcing, regulatory, quality, and finance.
  • Serve as central contact for ERP and master-data topics; provide KPIs and actionable insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Business Central is a plus), including configuration and workflow management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, MDR).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in global, complex data environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written), German proficiency is an advantage
