Maintenance and Installation Technician

Client:

An international group specializing in providing packaging quality inspection solutions for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and food industries.

Position:

To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced technician with automation experience.

You will be responsible for developing test methods via the measurement of statistical properties of samples, installing and troubleshooting machines in Europe, qualifying them, and teaching their use and operation.

IMPORTANT: This position requires 60-80% travel to client sites in EU.

Responsabilities:

• Install the machines at the customer's site
• Carry out the operational qualification of the machine (OQ)
• Teach the use of the machine (Training)
• Carry out repairs on site or by video
• Develop test methods (machine test parameters)

Profile:

• Technical training (mechatronics, automation, microtechnology ...)
• Experience in PLC programming
• Professional experience in packaging, metrology or quality: an asset
• Excellent level of English and technical English (C1), French preferred
• An asset: Italian, German, Spanish
