• Organize & execute internal & external technical trainings for Eversys partners
• Answer technical hotline calls
• Work with our Hubspot ticketing system
• Support the RMA process when needed
• Support the telemetry activities
• Collaborate internally to improve our products, identifying potential problems and alerting the teams concerned (Product Management, Production, R&D and Software teams)
• Travel occasionaly to visit/train our clients abroad
• Support Sales team for trials at major accounts interne and external
• Support R&D team for field test purpose for new materials, functionnalities and products

• Education in a technical field, electronics or mechanical engineering
• Great communication skills & ability to learn new training technics
• Ability to work closely with internal departments and teams
• Previous experience or background within coffee equipment or similar industry would be an asset
• English and German are a must
• French is an asset
