Senior Embedded Platform Architect (80-100%)

• Lead and coordinate the design of scalable, reusable embedded platform architectures across products and projects.
• Identify architectural needs, define solution options, and drive informed architectural decisions.
• Act as the main contact for cross-domain architectural challenges (hardware, software, networks).
• Ensure alignment with architectural principles, standards, and strategic objectives.
• Translate requirements into architecture artifacts (drivers, constraints, quality attributes).
• Define and govern standardized interfaces for seamless system integration.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, workshops, and architectural guidance.
• Document, communicate, and continuously improve architectural decisions and methodologies.

• Engineering degree (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics).
• Several years of experience in embedded systems development and system/platform architecture.
• Strong expertise in embedded hardware/software and cross-domain integration.
• Experience with architectural methods, MBSE tools, and systems engineering practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical decisions and align interdisciplinary stakeholders.
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with architecture governance, standards, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent English skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and a holistic mindset.
