Business Service Manager - all genders (80-100%)

What exactly you will do here:

  • Drive service improvements to enhance productivity, working closely with business units and
    enabling functions such as Risk, Legal, and Compliance

  • Promote and advocate new concepts and ideas in collaboration with business units, Strategy & Architecture, and IT
  • Translate business needs into requirements, and design digital and business solutions in
    collaboration with Developers, Architecture, and Core Banking Solutions for implementation

  • Provide centralized incident handling and change support for business services and applications under the team's responsibility
  • Develop long term solutions and improvements for recurring incidents that require process
    optimization

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in technical or business management.
  • Work experience in the financial sector (Credit Cards preferred)
  • Experience and a solid understanding of business and/or IT service management
  • Excellent analytical, networking, and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to understand and integrate various aspects and requirements from a holistic perspective
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels in both
    English and German
