- Responsible for reviewing the IT landscape of the BBIO Group and create relevant and business-critical IT structures to drive important projects around SAP implementation, supporting the global Salesforce platform and evaluating other IT systems and tools in alignment with the BBIO business strategy and Bruker Global IT strategy and in strong collaboration with Bruker’s Global IT team.
- Ensure close alignment with BBIO’s CRM (SFDC) roadmap and focus on system integration with functioning interfaces between Salesforce.com and SAP enabling efficient business processes and preparing the path for a seamless customer experience.
- Enable alignment of IT processes with the business strategy, external customer needs, and industry standards.
- Evaluating organizational change requirements and setting up a short- and long-term IT roadmap for the BBIO Group enabling business strategy execution.
- Control of IT business project planning process within the business and monitor adherence to planning with IT project portfolio management.
- Responsible to enable IT governance within the business in alignment with Bruker’s Global IT team.
- Providing guidance for project management teams by developing and implementing team processes to ensure best in class workflows.
- Monitoring and delivering results related to prioritized business IT projects (especially SAP, Salesforce, Analytics etc.).
- Close collaboration with functional business contacts who execute the approved IT projects based on the IT roadmap and strengthen the direct collaboration with Bruker’s Global IT and other Bruker groups to improve digital transformation efficiency.
- Takeover of Stakeholder management within the Bruker matrix incl. leadership team, department heads and Bruker’s Global IT.
- Prioritizing, leading and monitoring the implementation of Information security mitigating measures upon criticality.
- Supporting M&A IT integration strategies in the core business and adjacent fields.
- Act as primary point of contact for business-related issues pertaining to SAP and IT.
- Participate and represent BBIO in corporate-wide decision meetings and align with IT business partners of other Bruker groups to leverage OneBruker solutions wherever meaningful.
- Lead S4/HANA conversion for BBIO and closely align with the Global IT team and business leaders.
- Ensure successful post go-live of S4/HANA and support resulting continuous process improvements
- A Diploma or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Optional: additional qualifications such as PMI, PRINCE2 certification
- Experienced in managing complex projects, such as strategy and process execution incl. a proven track record of implementation/integration of SAP modules
- Ability to lead cross-functional as well as cross-cultural teams
- Sound knowledge of S4/HANA and diverse SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, and GTS etc.)
- Experience with IT infrastructure and digitalization
- High level user skills in MS Projects and MS Office
- Expert knowledge of Project Management Tools
- Consulting approach, strong business acumen, hands-on and result-driven mentality
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Energetic, strong communicator across all hierarchical levels
- Able to cope with ambiguity and ability to make decision when not everything is known
- Ability to deal with conflict situations and give and receive constructive feedback
