Cloud Operations Specialist

Our client in the banking industry is looking for a Cloud Operations Specialist to join their team. Your Role

• Deploy and configure Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) and other IaaS resources.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and manage configurations with Ansible.
• Ensure application reliability through deployment, configuration, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Perform operational tasks, including patching and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cloud experts to establish best practices for governance and operations.

• Proven experience in managing Azure IaaS resources, including VMs and network setups.
• Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Proficiency with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Knowledge of Azure-native tools and best practices for operational excellence.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimisation skills.
• Full professional proficiency in German (spoken and written) is essential.
