Pre-Sales Manager (Fixed telephony & Internet Solutions)

Location: Zurich - with up to 20% home office flexibility
What you’ll be doing
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Account Managers in complex B2B projects involving fixed telephony and internet solutions.
  • Support customer-facing teams in all stages of the sales lifecycle (Opportunity, Design to Proposal, Negotiate to Close).
  • Analyse customer needs in detail to design and validate customised internet and fixed telephony solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Perform on-site visits and technical assessments when needed.
  • Coordinate internally with Product Manager and Engineering to improve existing solutions and bring client feedback into the product development loop.
  • Own the technical part of proposals, from initial discovery to final presentation.
  • Drive technical enablement and knowledge sharing across the commercial organisation.
  • Ensure documentation, pricing, solution diagrams and offer packages are always aligned and up to date.
What you bring
  • Degree in Telecommunications, IT or equivalent professional experience.
  • Min. 5-8 years of professional experience in similar role
  • Solid knowledge of connectivity & fixed telephony solutions (FTTH, xDSL, Ethernet, routing, SD-WAN, IP SEC, SIP Trunk, vPBX).
  • Security knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, solution design or technical sales.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to simplify technical concepts in business discussions.
  • Fluent, oral and written, in English and German is a must, French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills – able to coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Curious, structured, and comfortable in fast-changing environments.
  • Report to Director of Product & Performance.
