Team Leader - IAM

Our client, a respected player in the IT industry, is seeking a Team Leader to oversee and enhance their Identity & Access Management services.

• Lead and support a skilled team responsible for managing and securing user identities and access across multiple platforms and technologies.
• Ensure the stability, security, and continuous improvement of IAM systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity IAM, and PKI solutions.
• Collaborate with technical experts to optimize processes and enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to business development by helping prepare proposals for new clients across various industries.
• Participate in complex projects that require innovative and sustainable IAM solutions.
• Oversee compliance and audit activities to maintain high standards in security and service delivery.
• Implement and manage IAM policies and procedures to safeguard user access rights effectively.

• Proven experience leading technical teams or managing large-scale IT projects.
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong background in computer science or related fields, complemented by relevant further training.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle complex and multifaceted tasks.
• Deep knowledge of IAM technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity IAM, and PKI.
• Ability to foster team development and drive innovation within the IAM domain.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
• High social competence, initiative, resilience, and motivation.
• Preference for candidates with consulting experience, bringing valuable client-facing and project management skills.
