What You Can Expect:

Support the external provider in training coordination and change management for the Microsoft Co-Pilot global rollout

Prepare slides, draft internal posts, and manage content creation for regular internal communications

Organize training sessions and send out invitations and reminders to participants

Conduct surveys, collect feedback, and maintain FAQs for users

Produce dashboards and reports to track rollout progress

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and support project documentation

What You Bring:

Previous experience in project support, internal communications, or training coordination

Strong skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Self-driven, structured, and reliable, with a proactive attitude

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
