You will guide the successful finalization of a major CAPEX project, acting as a key link between engineering, operations, and senior leadership. In this role, you'll provide strategic and technical direction to the Senior Leadership Team on timing, milestones, and resource planning. A strong focus will be placed on leading the commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) of a new aseptic filling line, ensuring a seamless transition from project phase to operations within budget and timelines.

• Degree (BSc/MSc) in Engineering, Biological Sciences, or a related field
• 15+ years of project/operational management experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record leading CAPEX projects, including ER and PPQ phases in aseptic filling (biologics preferred)
• 10+ years of people or matrix management experience in global, cross-functional environments
• Strong knowledge of cGxP, aseptic filling processes, and commercial filling line operations
• Skilled in project planning, risk management, budget control, and reporting (Gantt, forecasts, KPIs)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, SCPM, or equivalent) required
• Fluent in English and French
