CRM Application Owner Deputy & Process Engineer Sales/Service (m/f/d) (80-100%)

In this role you will be responsible for our CRM tool (ATURB v4) in IT/IS department in Switzerland, ensuring optimal usage of Accelleron applications and processes, mainly focused on ATURB.
Reporting to the Power Platform Consulting & Support Team Lead, you will act as Application Owner (deputy) coordinating the application strategy and implementation of the CRM, as well as other sales and service apps. As Process Engineer, you will act as Process Consultant for Sales, Service, and Marketing process for Accelleron Switzerland and Global Service Network.

Your responsibilities:

Process Engineering (PE):

• Close cooperation with global process owners to identify process improvement potentials enabled by new technology / applications.
• Continuous analysis, enhancement, and optimization of sales and service processes for Accelleron Switzerland and Global Service Network (Process Consulting).
• Consulting of global process owners prior to and during implementation of process optimization in IS apps with a focus on ATURB v4 (CRM) and other sales and service apps. 
• Identify, propose, advise, and support business process improvement initiatives. Approach the global process owners actively to continuously check for possibilities to further automate and optimize business processes with a focus on Sales / Service and related global master data managed in global platforms like ATURB, SAP S/4 Hana, and related dependencies with SAP ECC CH (Z22).
• Represent ATURB v4 aspects in IS projects in the role as application owner / process engineer for assigned sales and service apps / processes.
• Ensure structured and transparent evaluation of new apps, add-ons, and new functionality in our CRM based on MS Power Platform technology.
• Project management. and participation in Accelleron process improvement projects.
• Control the proper implementation of the Accelleron IT standards in the course of process improvement projects. For the assigned process domains, ensure the alignment to apps and infrastructure service strategy. Ensure that projects follow Accelleron Group project governance rules.

Application Owner (AO):

• Main speaking partner for sales, service, and marketing units in relation to ATURB V4 and other related apps.
• Coordination of application strategy and implementation in the role as deputy application owner in close cooperation with global process owners and Accelleron IT management.
• Support implementation and changes to the application from the business side. Build up and extend application-specific knowledge about business processes and application landscape. Active support to guarantee that Global Process Owners receive required trainings/knowledge to ensure efficient usage of the application with their power user and end user community. 
• Supervise and coach external support provider and ATURB RUN organization in incident management; coordinate testing with global process owners and power users; interface monitoring / error handling, and ensure good support to the business.
• Ensure high master data quality in close cooperation with service material master domain manager and ERP material master responsible, and close alignment with Accelleron master data governance organization to optimize value for business.
• Provide leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion and sharing expert knowledge and advice.
• Represent Accelleron IT in IS projects in the role as application owner / process owner for assigned sales, service, and master data supported by ATURB V4 or other related apps.

Your main challenges:

• Implementation of Accelleron business strategy with a focus on process and applications in respective domains.
• Implementation of Accelleron processes & IS strategy.
• Active support of processes / application roadmap planning in close alignment with global process owners.
• Efficient coordination of projects with Accelleron internal or external delivery teams (on-site, nearshore, and offshore).
• Monitoring and escalation management to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs by Accelleron internal or external support team for assigned apps.
• Budget management for assigned apps.                                               

Your background:

• Experience with strategic Microsoft technologies, especially MS Power Platform.

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Mobile Applications (Native, HTML5, ...).
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio / Microsoft DevOps.
