Our client is seeking to engage a qualified Project Manager / Project Coordinator resource to support small CAPEX engineering projects.

Job description:
The proposed resource will support the internal engineering organization and is expected to:
- Manage and coordinate small CAPEX engineering projects from initiation through execution and close-out
- Provide day-to-day project and/or construction management support for engineering activities
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Plan, schedule, and track project activities and deliverables
- Provide on-site oversight of execution activities with focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule
- Proactively identify risks and issues, propose mitigation actions, and escalate appropriately
- Prepare and deliver structured progress updates, including status, risks, issues, and next steps
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Construction Manager supporting small CAPEX projects
Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment, with solid understanding of GMP requirements
Ability to work independently and integrate effectively within an engineering organization
Proactive, solution-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Strong organizational and structuring skills, with the ability to provide clear and timely reporting
Sound judgment to escalate issues and risks at the appropriate time
