We are looking for an experienced Test Manager TCP/IP with hands on expertise to support an embedded software verification project. In this role, you will develop and implement integration and verification strategies for embedded software using the TCP/IP protocol and Redfish API.
A key responsibility will be the definition and continuous optimization of verification procedures based on system requirements and real world use cases.
You will be responsible for planning and ensuring timelines, infrastructure, budget, and overall quality assurance for all verification activities within the project.
You will coordinate, execute, and monitor test processes in close collaboration with development departments and verification teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all stakeholders.
Additionally, you will analyze test results, assess risks, and initiate appropriate measures to improve product quality. Your strong technical background will enable you to implement and conduct hands on TCP/IP testing even at low level.
You will also work closely with project managers, development engineers, verification teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
The assignment is planned from 16 February 2026 until 31 August 2026 with a 100 percent workload. On site presence of three days per week. An extension of six months is possible.

To strengthen its Embedded Software and Verification capabilities within an ongoing development program, the organization is seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong hands on expertise in TCP/IP and related technologies. The working environment is collaborative, technical, and closely aligned with engineering, development, and verification teams.
Professional Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Test Manager
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Actuator Testing
- 3 to 4 years of experience in PCB Testing
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Electronics
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager
- More than 5 years of experience with TCP/IP
- 3 to 5 years of experience in API Testing, including REST API and Redfish API
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Secure Boot and Secure Update Testing
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Gigabit and Network Testing
- 3 to 5 years of experience with communication protocols such as NFC, BACnet, and Modbus
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Jira and Zephyr
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Confluence
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Codebeamer
You hold a completed degree from a recognized university or university of applied sciences in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering and bring several years of professional experience in testing complex, interdisciplinary systems, including embedded software, electronics, mechanics, and sensor technology.
You have strong knowledge in designing and implementing integration and verification processes and are familiar with agile working methods as well as build and release processes.
You work in a structured and independent manner, are highly quality oriented, and demonstrate strong decision making skills.
You bring excellent communication and presentation skills and are comfortable working in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.
Languages- German at negotiation level
- English at a very good conversational level
