2nd Level Engineer (m/w)
Acquire know-how about new AM products and implement / contribute to related com-missioning, calibration, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting techniques and tools
Provide 2nd level support to 1st level after sales service staff from the different GFMS sales companies to raise the level of local ASS competence.
Cooperate with GFMS Academy for the development and improvement of the AM specific after sales service training offering
Maintain, feed and improve the GFMS internal after sales service procedures and data base
Ensure proper case management and follow-up in the TTP. Define priorities of tickets and pro-actively implement action plans for hot and critical tickets. Follow-up until proper closure of tickets.
Analyse warranty cost with plant quality manager.
Analyse feedback from field service interventions in general and non-quality related in particular and feed results into the PPI process.
Provide regular reporting on hot and critical cases, maintain KPI's and prepare summary for meetings with plant quality management
Acquire basic knowledge about internal after sales service procedures from the different entities of the group and align on interfaces between GFMS and entities' procedures and standards
Master rConnect installation procedures and related tools such like Messenger and Dash-board.
Understand, apply and enforce AM specific environmental and occupational health and safety standards for GFMS after sales service staff
Availability for global travel up to 50% of working time
