Are you passionate about helping people get the most out of their technology? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our dedicated team in Zurich.
In this role, you will do more than resolve technical issues - you will play a key role in empowering our users to leverage their IT tools efficiently and confidently. As a proactive self-starter, you will have the autonomy to take initiative, propose improvements, and actively shape the way we support our internal teams.
Your Main Tasks
- Recording, prioritizing and classifying requests from our users worldwide
- Analysis and resolution of incidents by using the available tools or by developing solutions with our central IT
- Granting access authorizations, installing hard- and software
- Contact point for internal clients; ensure proper communication and advising end users as appropriate
- On-site end-user, meeting room and event support in the headquarters in Zurich
- Active role and contribution to the continuous improvement of internal processes
- If suitable, further tasks in related areas and projects are possible
Your Experience and Skills
- Completed education in IT or several years of experience in a comparable environment
- Experience in using Active Directory and user support for Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience in Microsoft Entra ID is a plus
- Experience in end user support in a process-oriented environment (based on ITIL Framework)
- Proactive, independent and service-oriented attitude, as well as advanced communication skills
- Willingness to learn and flair for dealing with a multicultural clientele
- Very good oral and written English skills with the ability to interact with different internal clients at all levels. German would be very welcome
- Interest in and enthusiasm for impact investments
