This role is integrally dedicated to the management of the customer lifecycle, meaning the get, welcome, grow and win back steps and overall management of the fragile/downgrade and inactive customer behaviors. You will drive the related direct marketing campaigns and automated workflows through campaigns management, design targets leveraging predictive scores and analyze their performance & efficiency. Furthermore, you will be in close collaboration with the CX Lifecycle communication Project Manager, the channels and the rest of the marketing department.
A day in a life of a Consumer Experience & CRM Project Manager:
Initiate, define and implement direct marketing campaigns linked to the calendar plan and/or the customer lifecycle
Build communication approaches, activation mechanisms and related business cases for each customer segment
Define customer targets to be contacted and activated during the campaigns. Prepare and deploy marketing campaigns via the campaign management tool (Adobe Campaign)
Deliver projects / campaign post-analysis on results vs. control group & freeze group, including strong recommendations, through database analysis (SQL language) and data management tool (SPSS modeler)
Manage and follow-up CRM projects with market and headquarters stakeholders, as well as external agencies
What will make you successful
University degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics
3-4 years of experience in CRM insights / data science within an FMCG, telecommunication or digital company
Data mining experience on customer base analysis and KPIs reporting (SPSS modeler is a plus)
Project Management skills
Experience in Campaign Management (Adobe Campaign)
Excellent analytical thinking and proactive mindset
Fluent in English. German and/or French as a plus
