Product Development Director
In this key role, you will be responsible for the global product development of a design brand that shapes modern working and living environments worldwide through its modular system that stands for aesthetics, precision, and cultural identity. You will lead an interdisciplinary team across Product Management and Engineering, while also overseeing cross-functional areas such as intellectual property (IP rights) and sustainability. Together with your team, you will shape forward-thinking solutions that unite innovation, technical excellence, and marketrelevance. In doing so, you will lead and curate: identifying emerging trends, translating ideas into industrial reality, and shaping a product world that sets new standards.
You have several years of international management experience in the development of sophisticated products – whether in industrial design, interior systems, automotive interiors or premium and innovative consumer products. You hold a university degree (in design, engineering, architecture, technology or a related field) and have a proven track record of managing complex development processes. You think strategically, act creatively and lead with inspiration. You communicate comfortably at C-level, navigate cultural contexts with ease, and are fluent in both German and English. A willingness to travel internationally is required.
