Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across diverse platforms.
- Manage IT support tickets with precision, ensuring timely resolutions and user satisfaction.
- Assist end-users, providing clear and effective technical guidance to address their IT needs.
- Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
- Document and organize IT assets and support activities, ensuring up-to-date records.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and French (bilingual)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent.
- Mastery in Windows and MacOS environments and familiarity with basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
- Experience with Active Directory and IT infrastructure management.
