This position needs you to engage, collaborate and partner with the Product Owner, Development team, DevOps, and technology partners to drive strategy and approach for the Wealth Management domain. You will be responsible for clarifying requirements, proposing design and supporting implementation as well as providing Production and Test support for this key area of Wealth Management Research area which is part of International Wealth Management.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs
- Act as Application Manager, following production support incidents, small enhancements and project implementations
- Communicate with analysts across the organization
- Analyze requirements and design to specify changes (User Stories) and recommend solutions
- Collaborate within the Scrum team regarding task priorities, design, implementation, testing and timeframes
- Identify opportunities to improve and recommend changes
- Refinement of user stories with team and getting estimates
- Support Developers and Testers during implementation and verification
- Release planning, creating runbook and raising RFC’s for planned and emergency releases
- Engaging with all areas within Wealth Management and multiple stakeholders at all levels across the bank including international locations
- Comply with all applicable standards, principles and policies for software development and rollouts
- Suggest smart solutions / alternate options based on best practices within Wealth Management domain
- Provide expertise and recommendations for assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
- Able to drive all the scrum events with the team and coach the team on agile adaptability
- Play an active role in consulting product owners for maintaining backlog items and including product improvements into the product roadmap
- Review code and validate estimates provided by team
- Create UI mockups as per UI/UX standard
- Create and manage ontologies and taxonomy at organization level
- Test the solution in SIT - including the API testing as well -, guide and support the testing team during UAT & PVT
Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree in the fields of business administration/IT/project management
- 5 years of IT project experience in the financial services sector, preferably in the field of International Wealth Management
- Excellent understanding of Private Banking & Capital Markets domains (including products like Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Funds & Structured products)
- Deep understanding of Agile setup, scrum, ceremonies, backlog and user story refinement, grooming (preferably 5 years of Hands-on experience with Agile implementations)
- 3 years of experience in Run the Bank activities and providing Level 3 application support. Familiarity with related IT Governance disciplines (Incident Management, Change Management) and Service Now tool.
- Hands-on experience in Test management and thorough understanding of Application Lifecycle
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, engaging with all areas at all levels across an international organization
- High proficiency with Jira, (Jira) Xray and Confluence
- Solid understanding of Business Data modeling, hands on experience with creating ERDs and data catalogs
- Hands-on SQL knowledge, creating complex SQL queries and doing experimental data analysis
- Hands-on experience with both SOAP and REST API testing and SOAP UI
