CRM Program & Systems Expert (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Your tasks:
- Working under the Marketing team, you will be responsible of digital engagement strategies by supporting the CRM direct to consumer retention campaigns, administer the SalesForce Marketing Cloud platform and contribute to the evolution of CRM solutions.
- Provide support to the CRM retention team to run CRM campaigns
- Manage audiences in Salesforce Marketing Platform to support the deployment of direct to consumer campaigns
- Create journey builder journeys, automation studio and email campaigns
- Liaising with data and analytics team
- Administer, maintain and secure the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform
- Ensure the security of the platform by managing accesses to the platform including user accounts, access roles and business units management. Ensuring a proper security configuration of the platform. Applying the "security by design" principles to all evolutions of the platform
- Ensure the continued integration of the CRM solution into the digital ecosystem
- Interacting with the Salesforce technical support and professional services, maintain the CRM platform up-to-date
- Support the deployment of new direct-to-consumer CRM solutions
- Support the launch of new innovative CRM solutions and enable the deployment of new CRM direct to consumer channels.
- Deploy the SalesForce Marketing Cloud
Your profile:
- Master degree in IT / CRM and / or in Marketing
- > 3+ years' experience as CRM Systems Specialist on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications: a big asset
- Proven experience using: Social Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising studio and interface connections
- Strong analytical skills
- Broad knowledge and understanding of: Data Management platform (DMP), SFMC capabilities, digital analytics, tools and protocols, social analytics
- The ideal candidate will be a “Swiss Knife” with technology savvy, skills & competencies but also a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, capability to challenge and to think “out of the box”, with high level of empathy, a can-do Attitude and as a demonstrated social networker
