Position Summary
In this position, you will continuously innovate and improve Marketplace, our internal communications website platform for Marketing and Sales (hosted in Microsoft Sharepoint), in order to maintain our impact within an ever-changing market, thus by leading constant platform development and content planning working with agencies and IT to deliver state-of-the-art multi-platform on time and on budget.
A day in the life of a Marketplace Specialist:
- Position Marketplace as the single outstanding go-to-resource for the global Sales & eBusiness teams and manage the amplification of content across Marketplace and its digital assets
- Increase traffic across all channels, making it truly multi-touch and immediate and broadcast core messaging, tools and learnings, and update as necessary on an ongoing basis
- Recommend improvements to Marketplace functionalities, User experience, look & feel within framework of brand and technology restraints as to improve traffic and user satisfaction
- Work with international agencies and individuals to continuously deliver best-in-class Marketplace
- Work with Marketing & Sales management teams to develop immediate and the medium-term content strategy
- Develop tailored content process strategy for Marketplace based on business needs and audience interests
- Manage the digital content calendar, and ensure relevant content is available to markets in good time for translation
What will make you successful
- Strong understanding of web development, content management and Google Analytics & Mictosoft Sharepoint
- Experience working with IT and web agencies
- Strong Project Management experience
- Experience in digital communications or social marketing
- Proven writing and editing experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English
