YOUR TEAM AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT
Within a dynamic team of five people, you will support your 140 colleagues based in Zurich and Geneva on all IT aspects, in a multicultural environment. You are an IT All-rounder and ensure the availability of the bank's IT tools and systems and also manage our IT hardware on site. Our core systems are mainly managed externally. By monitoring these applications and working in close collaboration with the external providers we deliver pristine service quality.
THE SKILLS YOU WILL DEVELOP
- We provide first to second level support to end-users and coordinate support from our external providers
- As a team, we are responsible for the entire IT operation of the bank, in particular monitoring and ensuring the operational readiness of the bank system in cooperation with the external service providers
- We ensure the IT set-up and workplaces for our employees (soft- and hardware)
- We prepare and maintain documentation and instructions required for business processes
- We support external and internal control functions and the IT Security team
- Participation in release upgrades including testing
- Participation to the Bank’s projects, representing IT
YOUR REMUNERATION
We offer you a remuneration package tailored to your profile and skills. This remuneration is based on a fixed salary, a discretionary bonus that is subject to individual arbitration at the end of each year and the possibility of becoming a shareholder.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- IT or similar education (apprenticeship, etc.)
- Experience in IT and banking, ideally in an outsourcing environment
- A hands-on attitude and the ambition to proactively learn by doing
- High degree of customer focus and team spirit
- Initiative and willingness to take responsibility and to work independently
- Teamplayer and strong organisational skills
- Proficient German and/or French as well as very good written and spoken English skills.
