Aufgabe
For our client, we are looking fo a Senior Project Manager who leads the implementation of an enterprise e-invoicing platform. The role defines the scope and roadmap together with stakeholders from Finance, Tax, Procurement, IT, and Security. The project manager coordinates vendors, integrators, and internal teams. The role ensures that the platform is integrated with SAP, Coupa, and other business systems. The project manager makes sure that regulatory and security requirements are met. The role also defines processes for new country requirements and prepares the platform for stable operations. Close collaboration with different departments is required throughout the project.
Anforderungen
- At least 7 years of experience in IT or business project management
- Experience with finance or invoicing platform projects is an advantage
- Experience in multinational environments
- Knowledge of end-to-end invoice processes
- Understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA
- Understanding of APIs, middleware, or event-driven integrations
- Knowledge of Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of e-invoicing regulations and standards is a plus
- Experience with e-invoicing or compliance tools is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Contract Type:
Temporary employment through IQ Plus AG (no freelance or personal company billing possible).
